Why travel with us and what’s the cost?

Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton are top destinations for outdoor enthusiasts, but hotel costs can range from $400 to $500+ per night. A week of exploring can easily add up to over $2,600. By joining us, you'll not only save money, but also experience God's beautiful creation in an intimate setting, surrounded by like-minded people and have the opportunity to make new friends. The trip itself costs $1,650. This includes Hotels, Transportation (excluding flight), Park Passes, Some Excursions.

Please note that the price does not cover flights, meals, passport fees and any necessary travel visas if applicable.

What are the rooming situations like?

To keep costs as low as possible, we've reserved three large hotel rooms, each accommodating 4-6 people, which may involve sharing beds (guys and girls will be separated). If you'd prefer a room to yourself or to share with just one other person, please note that the cost could double, and we'll need to check if any individual options are still available.

How can I reserve my spot?

First you must apply for the trip via the form below. Once received and confirmed, to reserve your spot, a $400 deposit with a signed liability form is due upon acceptance within 2 weeks and the remainder due by June 31st via Zelle or PayPal. If the deposit and liability form are not received within the 2 week period, your spot will not be reserved and will be put on hold, however, this may cause your spot to get filled if not done in an appropriate amount of time.

Things to Know

Who Can Attend: This trip is primarily for Assyrians, but non-Assyrian spouses are also welcome to apply immediately. If there are still available spots after June 1st, applications from non-Assyrians will be considered.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 18+ to join.
Trip Acceptance: Spaces are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of 12 participants, including trip leaders, will be accepted.
All Skill Levels Welcome: No professional hiking or travel expertise is necessary to join this trip. Everyone is encouraged to participate!
Connectivity: While there is cell service in the towns, it may be inconsistent on certain hikes and roads.

August 17th - 20th: Drive North and Explore Yellowstone National Park
August 20th - 22nd: Drive back to Jackson Hole and discover Grand Teton National Park
